Updating Media Plans

Overview

You can edit any setting of a media plan after you created it. There are two ways to edit a media plan:

  1. Click on the Title of the media plan on the Media Plans page.
  2. Hover over the Tools icon next to a media plan name. Click "Edit Media Plan".

Changing the Status of a Media Plan

After you have initially created your media plan, you can update it to reflect a change in status. Sales Management uses the following statuses:

  • Pitched
  • Reserved
  • Approved
  • Trafficked
  • Closed Lost

There are no hard-coded definitions of these statuses in Kevel, so your sales team can define what they mean in the context of your sales cycle.

To update:

  1. Click on the Title of a media plan from the list on the Media Plans page.
  2. Choose a new Status from the dropdown.
  3. Click "Save Media Plan".

Deleting Media Plans and Line Items

To delete a media plan:

  1. Click on the "Sales" tab to navigate to the Media Plans page.
  2. Hover over the Tools icon next to a media plan name.
  3. Click "Delete Media Plan".

To delete a line item:

  1. Navigate to the settings page of the line item's media plan.
  2. Hover over the Tools icon next to a line item's name.
  3. Click "Delete Line Item".
